Do I also pay shipping costs?
For orders over €99, we offer free shipping. For orders under €99, we charge €7.95 shipping. Shipping to Belgium is €9.95.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we have handed your order over to PostNL, you will receive a shipping email with the track & trace code.
Something is missing from my order, what now?
Please contact us and we will be happy to help you!
My order is damaged, what now?
You can send us an email with a photo of the packaging and your invoice/order number. We'll be happy to investigate and get back to you with a solution.
How do I know if my order has already been shipped?
When your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a message from us by email.
I received the wrong product, what now?

I haven't received a confirmation yet. Did my order go through?
Once we receive your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please note: The order confirmation might end up in your spam folder. If it's not there either, please contact us! We'll check if the order went through correctly or if there was a typo in the email address.
I have not yet received a confirmation with a Track & Trace code.
You'll receive the track & trace code in a shipping email as soon as your order has been scanned. If you haven't received it yet, they may still be processing your order. If you order after 4:00 PM, your package will be shipped the next day.
