Below you will find a handy overview of everything you want to know about shipping costs, delivery time, track & trace and what happens if you are not at home.

Postage costs

Orders totaling €99 or more are delivered free of charge – we'll cover the shipping costs. If your order is less than €99, we charge a €7.95 contribution towards shipping costs.

Delivery time

If you place your order Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM and complete the payment, you'll receive your order within two days (within the Netherlands). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day. For Belgium, the maximum delivery time is 48 hours. If you haven't received anything after three business days, please contact us.

Track & trace

Whether it's a letterbox package or a larger parcel, you'll always receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can track your order.

Not home?

If you're not home when the delivery is due, your package will be delivered to your neighbors or a PostNL collection point. You'll receive a notification and can use Track & Trace or the PostNL app to see where you can pick up your package.
