Then you'll know for sure whether you need them and whether you can and want to purchase them in our webshop. Let's start with the names, because they all mean roughly the same thing: eye nuts, ring nuts, eye bolts, or lifting eyes. They differ slightly, but essentially all have the same function.
Stainless steel eye nuts
An eye nut or eye bolt is used when a large object needs to be lifted and a temporary lifting point is required. This is a lifting point that shifts the load of the heavy, large object being lifted. Once the load has been shifted—i.e., the pressure point has disappeared—the eye nuts or eye bolts are removed and can be used for a subsequent job or when the heavy object is lifted at a different location or time. Lifting heavy objects or attaching heavy cables is therefore incredibly convenient with eye nuts or eye bolts, but very difficult without them.
